Room was clean. Bathroom dated with some minor problems. But very workable for the budget. So close to many amazing attractions. Staff were amazing. So helpful. Organised transport to and from the airport.
We had the best room in the hotel. The balcony was amazing and the roof top terrace great for everyone. Bathrooms are small and pretty outdated but usable. Wifi doesn't reach the room so not able to use any streaming for TV if you need a rest day. The staff were all amazing 👏 I'd definitely stay here again. Daily water and a few extra pillows would be perfect.
Sultan Palace Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. They arranged a beautiful room for us at the last moment. The owner and staff are truly kind people and were very helpful with everything. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, the terrace is amazing, and the location is very convenient. It is within a very short walking distance to Sultanahmet. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
